Every inquiry, whether it is a demo request, a press or analyst question, a careers application, a partnership conversation, or a general question about the discipline, comes through the same form. Routing happens on our end based on what the entry contains.

The form takes about a minute to complete. It asks for who you are, what you would like to discuss, and the best way to reach you. We read every entry. We respond to as much as we can, with priority to messages that are specific about what they are asking.

Response time and process.

We aim to respond to every entry within two business days. The team is small and distributed, so response time may stretch for entries that require involvement from more than one person, or around weekends and public holidays in our active timezones.

Sales and partnership entries get routed for an intro call. Press and analyst entries get routed for written or briefing follow-up. Careers entries get routed for review against current and anticipated openings. General questions get a direct response from whoever has the context to answer.
