About CleanDims.

The Site is operated by CleanDims, Inc. (“CleanDims,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our corporate details, jurisdiction of incorporation, and principal place of business will be set out in the finalised version of these Terms following legal review.

Permitted use.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes. You may read the content, share links, cite the materials in accordance with the citation guidance provided with each document, and contact us through the forms and addresses we provide.

You may not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
• Use any automated means to access the Site that places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Site, the servers it runs on, or any related infrastructure

Open content.

The foundational documents (the manifesto, the primer, the target state, the problem catalogue), the library artifacts, the learning materials, and the interactive tools are published openly. You may read them, share links to them, cite them, and reference them in your own work, in accordance with the citation guidance provided with each document. We retain copyright in the underlying text; the open publication is a grant of broad permissions for non-commercial use and citation, not an assignment of copyright.

For uses beyond reading, sharing, and citation (for example, reproducing significant portions of a document in your own publication, translating a document, or building a derivative product on top of the materials), reach us through our contact form to discuss.

Product and services.

The Site describes our products and services. Use of the products and services is governed by separate agreements between CleanDims and the customer, not by these Terms. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to provide products or services on specific commercial terms; any commercial arrangement requires a separate written agreement.

Disclaimers.

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of the Site or its content.

The content on the Site (including the foundational documents and library artifacts) reflects our current thinking on the topics it covers. It is not professional advice. Organisations considering dimensional data management investments should consult their own advisors and make decisions based on their specific context, not solely on the content of this Site.

Limitation of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CleanDims will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Site.

Indemnification.

You agree to indemnify and hold CleanDims, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

The governing law and venue for disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be set out in the finalised version of these Terms following legal review. By using the Site you agree to resolve disputes under the governing law and venue as ultimately specified.
